Another royal spotted at Glastonbury over the weekend was Princess Beatrice. His appearance came amid his mother Sarah Ferguson’s breast cancer diagnosis, PEOPLE confirmed on Sunday.
Beatrice, 34, was pictured with her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, and friends at a concert hosted by Elton John and Blondie on Sunday. She kept her look casual in a black button-down mini dress paired with white Adidas sneakers and a black gold metal bag. The Queen – who attended the event last summer – wore her hair down and wore bracelets.
Other members of the royal family who have visited Glastonbury over the years include Prince Harry and his ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas in 2013, her father King Charles in 2010 when he celebrated his 40th birthday and Beatrice’s sister Princess Eugenie, who visited during the rainy season in 2016. .

Following the announcement that the Duchess of York, 63, had been diagnosed with breast cancer, a representative for Fergie told PEOPLE, “Sarah, Duchess of York was recently diagnosed with breast cancer that was discovered during a routine mammogram.
“He was advised that he needed surgery, which went well.”

“He is also very grateful to the mammogram staff who diagnosed his disease, which was asymptomatic, and believes that his experience highlights the importance of regular screening.”
