Except, unseasonably, it wasn’t this year. The extremely dry conditions on the ground caused the attendees to change their decision to go to the festivals. The ponchos were discarded and blown by the sun.

The five-day festival is a marathon not a sprint and this year the revelers danced the length in cowboy boots, not gumboots.
